WAINAR SHINKAFA
Kayak hadi (ingredients)
- Farar shinkafa (white rice)
- Yis (yeast)
- Sikari (sugar)
- Gishiri (salt)
- Albasa (onion)
Yadda ake sarrafawa
1. Da farko za a wanke farar shinkafa a jika ta kwana, sannan sai a markada ta, amma ba lallai ne sai ta kwana ba za a iya jikata na awa 4.
